‘Bricks do Battle’ WACO lego contest

In NAHA Events /

TROY, Ohio—WACO Historical Society is sponsoring its second annual WACO LEGO contest. Local LEGO enthusiasts are encouraged to present their best military-themed creations. This LEGO contest, “Bricks Do Battle,” is to honor the military of our past, present, and future.

A particular battle recreated, a favorite military vehicle or a replica of a U.S. military monument or memorial are just a few possible builds that can show support for  U.S. troops. The winning entries will be decided by judges and then put on display at the WACO Air Museum for public viewing from Feb. 14 through March 13, during regular business hours with a paid museum admission.

Contestants will be divided into two groups: ages 10 and under, or ages 11 and older. Challengers are invited to submit an entry into one of the following categories: Military Transportation and Vehicles, Military Events or Military Monuments and Memorials.  The deadline for submissions is Feb. 1.

Visit wacoairmuseum.org to find a entry form and a complete list of Rules and Regulations.
