David McCullough visits Wright State University

Wright State University Libraries Special Collections and Archives got a special visitor Sept. 25: award-winning author and historian David McCullough.

McCullough, author of 1776,¬†John Adams and other acclaimed books, visited Dayton in connection with his next book, one about the Wright brothers. Besides Wright State, he also visited Dayton History’s Hawthorn Hill, the Wright family mansion in Oakwood, and Carillon Historical Park, home of the original Wright Flyer III.

The title of McCullough’s book will be Sky High, according to the Wright State Libraries blog “Out of the Box.” The book is scheduled for publication in May.
