Tom D. Crouch, Ph.D., senior curator of aeronautics at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C., will be available in Dayton to interested news media on Wednesday, March 20, to discuss international news reports about a claim that the Wright brothers’ powered flights in 1903 were not the first. Dr. Crouch, who is also a NAHA trustee, will meet the news media during his tour of the Wright Company Factory Site. News media interested in interviewing Dr. Crouch should meet at the Delphi Site plant gate off West Third Street at Abbey Avenue. Please notify NAHA by 10 a.m. Wednesday if you plan to attend.
